UNMASC Thank you!

,

Greetings,

We hope you were thoroughly enchanted by the vulnerable stories and the unforgettable experience of this year’s UnMasc! Your attendance truly added to the magic of the production, and we are incredibly thankful that you were able to share the night with us.

Shout out to Bryant Antoine, Jim Lochhead, Dannie Boyd, Rocco Hogan, Breon Evans, Thomas Morgan, Cliff Helm, Gustavo Rendon, Stencil, Justin Kappy Schmidt, and Dr. Jonathan Solomon for sharing their powerful accounts of the role that masculinity has played in their lives as well as James Meinert for his production and direction.

Also, thank you to Fufu N’ Sauce for the fantastic food, Elizabeth Donielle for assisting us with Public Relations, and Katarra Parsons for providing us with her unbelievable musical talents. We also thank Jahfi Studios for leading our processional with their powerful drumming.

We would also like to extend our appreciation for the support and generosity of our sponsors. Thank you to the Women’s and Gender Studies Department at SLU, the Regional Arts Commission, the Missouri Arts Council, the Bullet Related Injury Clinic, Undo Bias, Tech-Nique, and Safe Connections.

We invite you to continue supporting The Village PATH and our mission to increase awareness, access, and acceptance of mental wellness within Black communities. By bringing The Village Rites of Passage Empowerment program to the youth in your community or by spreading the word about our monthly Healing & Writing Circle, you are creating more opportunities for the healing and wholeness of us all. Your donations are vital to ensuring the continuity of free therapeutic sessions for self-identified Black men in the St. Louis region. Because of your support, we were able to raise $3,885!

Feel free to follow us on Social Media @thevillagepath or subscribe to our newsletter. Click here to donate.

In Service,

The Village PATH Executive Director
