Kendrick Jones

Kendrick Jones is a dedicated training professional with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. A proud St. Louis native, Kendrick brings a passion for education, equity, and community empowerment to every aspect of his work. He currently serves full-time in healthcare training, where he develops and leads programs that support professional growth and organizational excellence.

In addition to his healthcare leadership, Kendrick works part-time as a therapist, providing mental health consultation to individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Kendrick is deeply engaged in advancing diversity and inclusion, both within his organization and the broader community. He has led multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) focused on strengthening relationships with community partners and creating spaces for underrepresented voices.

His contributions have been recognized with the 2018 Young Leaders Award from the St. Louis American Foundation. He is also a proud fellow of the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative, further reflecting his commitment to inclusive leadership and civic engagement.

With a heart for service and a deep-rooted connection to his community, Kendrick remains actively involved in initiatives that uplift and advocate for the African American community across St. Louis.
