October 2025: Healing Drum Circle

The Healing and Writing Circle for Black Men is a transformative space designed to foster emotional well-being, creative expression, and community connection among participants. This circle serves as a sanctuary where Black men can share their experiences, explore their identities, and engage in meaningful dialogue. Through guided writing exercises, participants will have the opportunity to articulate their thoughts and feelings, allowing for personal reflection and healing. The circle emphasizes the importance of storytelling as a powerful tool for understanding oneself and connecting with others. In addition to writing, the circle will incorporate elements of mindfulness and relaxation techniques, creating a holistic approach to healing. Participants will be encouraged to explore themes such as resilience, identity, and mental health, all within a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
